Jacob Ewaniuk (born September 1st, 2000) is a young Canadian actor and has been acting for over three years now. His first role was Young Murdoch in the television show “Murdoch Mysteries“. Jacob’s first words to his mother after filming was “Mom, I want to do more of this – I love acting” and so he continued…

Jacob landed his first television series in the role of Nick in “The Cat in the Hat Knows a Lot About That” cartoon series with PBS. He is so excited to start that adventure ! Jacob also performed the voice of three characters in “Wibbly Pig” and landed a role in the premiere episode of “Rookie Blue” on ABC.

He has been nominated for Outstanding Voice Over role for “Cat in the Hat Knows A Lot About That” and Guest Star role for “Rookie Blue” in the Young Artist Awards.

He appears in the film “Servitude” and in the upcoming film “Dead Before Dawn” 3D. His sister is young Canadian actress Sophia Ewaniuk.

Jacob performed his own choreographed Tap dance at his school talent show and won ‘Best Tap’ at his dance school. Jacob is a talented singer as well, placing third in the “Think You Can Sing” competition in 2009.

He now races GO karts internationally and still sing winning “Brooklin Idol” 2011 and “La Musique Circle” 2012.

He currently voices Hockey Math Monitor on “Monster Math Squad” and Timmy Tibble on “Arthur” along with Nick in “Cat in the Hat Knows A Lot About That“.
