Filmmakers April Mullen and Tim Doiron talk scares and laughs in “Dead before Dawn” !

Canadian Director April Mullen breaks new ground as the first female filmmaker to make an independent 3D film. She and screenwriter Tim Doiron decided to make the whole film with the 3D aspect in mind.

Get ready to laugh and scream along with a great cast of actors that includes the iconic Christopher Lloyd in this film described as “Shawn of the Dead meets Goonies”!

  1. Loved Dead before Dawn – saw it and met April and Tim and the gang in Calgary in 2012. Proud to have been screening our film and Canada’s first 3D and stop motion animated short film Skeleton Girl there as well. There is still great 3D content being created (for those who think it’s a fad) and kudos to April for kicking it off feature-wise in Canada. Canadian ground-breakers, yeah! Show your support.
